Our experts have the most extensive experience in Poland and excellent training in project management. ENSI experts team unites specialists from the organizational, legal and technical fields. They are outstanding specialists in their fields both in academic and practical terms.
ENSI experts perform key roles in the Business Security Committee of the Polish Chamber of Commerce, participated in the works of Sejm committees on amendment to the Act on Protection of Personal Data and actively participated in the works of Technical Committee of the Polish Committee for Standardization No. 182 (i.a. in the works of ISMS subcommittee). They are authors of commentaries on legal regulations, guides and textbooks, publications which form compendia of knowledge in the field security of information, personal data, computer systems and business continuity management.
Mr. Maciej Byczkowski, President of ENSI, also serves as the President of the Association of Information Security Administrators (since 2007). Held the position of the Vice-Chairman of the Security Committee of the National Chamber of Commerce (2004-2013). Took part in the works of: the Parliamentary Committee on Justice and Human Rights on the amendment of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data (2007 - 2010); the group of experts appointed by the Inspector General for the Protection of Personal Data (GIODO) to prepare the modifications of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data as the part of the Deregulation Act for entrepreneurs, prepared by the Ministry of Economy (2011-2014).
Participated in the works of: the parliamentary Extraordinary Commission relating to the reduction of bureaucracy on the amendment of the Act on the Protection of Personal Data, under the Act to facilitate the execution of business (the fourth deregulation), the works of the Ministry of Administration and Digitization on the draft of the changes in the implementing regulation to the Act on the Protection of Personal Data in carrying out the tasks of ABI.
Mr. Byczkowski also participates in the works of revising the implementing regulation on personal data processing documentation and technical and organizational conditions, which should be fulfilled by devices and computer systems used for personal data processing, to the Act on the Protection of Personal Data and also takes part in the consultations on the preparation of the Polish position in the Council of Europe in connection with the reform of the personal data protection in the European Union.
ENSI experts have personal security certificates, authorizing to access secret information marked with “confidential” and higher clauses, issued by national security services and various certificates, i.a.: PN-ISO/IEC 27001:2007 Lead Auditor Certificate, Informatic Technology, Security techniques, Information Security Management Systems; Internal Information Security Management System Auditor Certificate according to the BS 7799-2:2002 standard.
In the scope of conducting tests and audits of computer systems, the practical skills of selected members of the team of auditors, are confirmed by international certificate: CISSP (The Certified Information Systems Security Proffesional).
